Real good experience for 2 nights. Comfortable apartment with everything you want and location to local restaurant. Superb bedroom, a decent size bathroom, views over the park...

The property was lovely, immaculately clean, and comfortable as we were expecting. Its breakfast was sensational with good Gluten Free options.

In total, it was a nice weekend. The host and excellent and accommodating staff took care of me. Everything was simply excellent. In the evening I visited Alberts Bar, set nearby, for a few drinks.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel welcoming and homely. The breakfast selection was lovely, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The room had ensuite facilities and tea and coffee, providing convenience and comfort. Their knowledge of the local area was impressive, and they gave great recommendations. The location was ideal, with plenty of amenities nearby. it was a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

We had a warm welcome from Sandra when we arrived. We chose to be upgraded although the room we should have been in was lovely . The room we chose was newly decorated & brand new ensuite. We thought the room was very tastefully decorated ,. very comfortable with new memory mattress on bed. there was ample wardrobe & draw space . It was a very peaceful & quiet room .Tea & coffee making facilities were replenished daily.Breakfast was great choice of 3 fruits every day also cereals followed by Full English breakfast any variation to you own choice all perfectly cooked especially the eggs not burnt round edges as so often happens in other B&B's, followed by toast we were offered as much tea or coffee as we wanted.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the spacious and well-designed rooms at Avenue Park. The en-suite bathroom was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts that were served to us every morning. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short 10-minute walk from the seafront and close to many amenities. Sandra, the owner, was incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a fantastic time and definitely plan on returning soon.

Every moment of our stay at Avenue Park felt very special. Sandra, the hostess, went above and beyond to ensure that nothing was too much trouble.

The value for money at Avenue Park was exceptional. The room was cozy and well-furnished, with the added bonus of having en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. The location was perfect, with a beautiful stroll through Torre Abbey gardens to reach the restaurants and beach. The staff, especially Sandra, were welcoming and attentive, making our stay feel like a home-away-from-home.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a greater variety of sausages. However, this didn't diminish our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

We had a great stay with a satisfying breakfast menu and large beds, and it was within walking distance to the riviera international centre.

Firstly the wonderful warm welcome of our lovely landlady. The beautifully decorated rooms from the Deco,furniture to the luxurious bed linen. A lot of thought has gone in to the rooms right down to elegant tea, coffee and biscuit tray. Flat screen TV, hairdryer and an alarm clock. We also had a sofa area. Everything was spotless which is paramount to any stay. Breakfast a choice of full english breakfast, cereal, fruit etc all included all delicious.

the propriator sandra was very welcoming. the room was decorated tastefully and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast etc was better than i have had anywhere and plenty of it. nothing was too much trouble for sandra. will visit again as soon as i can
